This course has been developed for all employees. The purpose of the course is for learners to develop personal resilience to cope well during challenging times. Within the course sources of stress, including how it can manifest itself will be discussed alongside sources of support that are available both in house and externally

Description

Objectives for the session include:
  • To be able to describe what stress is and what it can look like in people
  • To be able to list signs and symptoms of stress
  • To be able to recognise your own personal stressors
  • To discuss strategies for building and strengthening resilience
  • To develop a personal plan for managing own stress and developing resilience

Audience

All employees, particularly useful for those experiencing change in their workplace or those experiencing stress in their role
